Janelle is qualified in the specific services she provides and is fully insured with AON

Janelle maintains a current CPR and First Aid certificate

Group or individual classes / massage treatments

A full deposit is to be made upon booking to

Delivery of service

The booking date of service will be finalised upon receipt of payments, this will be the date you request for your first single class or the first class of a group booking, this initial class date can change with 24 hours written notice to info@jayahealth.com.au

All bookings must be used within 6 months from date of purchase

​

Cancellation of service

Services cancelled at any point outside of the 24 hour window will lose a non-refundable 50 percent deposit

Insurance

Jaya Health is fully insured with AON.

Claiming on private health

You can claim most massage treatments back through your health fund. Provider details are listed on the invoice
